We contacted Dillard over at Intuitive IT to improve our email services. We needed an email solution that was reliable, easy to manage, and would integrate with our mobile devices out in the field. After meeting with Dillard, he showed us how we could use the Google Apps platform to easily manage email and share documents throughout our organization. We have utilized our Total Desktop Care plan for minor issues such as a disconnected scanner and it was fixed within 10 minutes so I feel comfortable knowing if something major happens the downtime will not be that long.
